Shipping and Returns

All orders are processed within1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 

All products in our store are shipped from the U.S. Currently we offer international shipping only for framed art prints. (All other items are shipped domestically only.)

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES FOR WALL ART

Estimated shipping times for framed prints are indicated on the product page under 'product details'. Framed prints and original artwork listed in their current sizes on the website ship free. Custom ordered framed prints that have an area less than 1200 square inches also ship free. Custom ordered framed prints with an area of 1200 square inches or greater have flat shipping rates as indicated in the table below. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OF WALL ART

  • International shipping is available for products up to 30"x40"

  • The shipping cost is determined at checkout based on the recipient's zip code, size, and weight of the package
  • We cannot guarantee transit times for international shipping

  • All country-specific duties and taxes are billed to the recipient

  • Heritage Home Atelier is not liable for any damage or loss that may happen during international shipping and will not provide a replacement to the recipient

Shipping of all other decorative items typically take between 2-5 business days (holidays not included). We're unable to offer expedited shipping for any products at this time.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Free local delivery is available for our custom preserved flower arrangements (when available) within 30 miles.

Deliveries are made from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Mondays. We will contact you via text message/email with the phone number/email you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please send an email to Aziza@HeritageHomeAtelier.com. Please make sure to include your name and order number.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

We are unable to ship to PO boxes at this time.

RETURN POLICY

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on wall art. All orders are custom-made to order, and sales are final. 

If a framed print or original wall art order is lost, stolen, or damaged upon arrival:
  • If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged, email Aziza@HeritageHomeAtelier.com with your order number within 3 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date.
  • Orders reported lost or stolen outside of the 3 days, or without photographic evidence of the damage and packaging materials, will not qualify for replacement or reimbursement.

For all other decor items, if something’s not quite right, you’re welcome to return your item within 3 days of receiving it.

To be eligible, your item just needs to be in its original condition and packaging (unless damage took place during the shipping process).

💡 Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service to make sure your item gets back to us safely.

Once we receive your return and confirm everything’s in good shape, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.
